On January 13, the ATF announced a new ruling that has MAJOR implications for law abiding gun owners. The new ruling classifies all short barreled ARs and any pistols outfitted with braces making them capable of firing from the shoulder as short-barreled rifles and subjecting them to the registration process and $200 federal tax stamp.
What does this mean? Well, quite frankly, our loss is your gain. We are liquidating our entire stock of AR Pistols and any pistol equipped with a brace. OUR ENTIRE INVENTORY is currently marked at or below our cost. These are legal for you to purchase – and the government is waiving the $200 tax stamp fee for 120 days after the publication of this new ruling (which is expected to be published any day now).
